R.J. Reynolds was named President and CEO of Radius Indiana in 2011. His experience includes 10 years in international marketing and sales at Cummins Engine Company; 25 years with Toyota, as Senior Manager of Sales and Development and later as Vice President of Administration; business venture development in Los Angeles, California; and overseeing startup of the Columbus Industries Fork Lift plant and Princeton, Indiana, plant for Toyota. A native of Bedford, Indiana, Reynolds is a Bedford High School graduate. He holds a bachelor of science from Indiana University.

Shane Blair joined Radius Indiana in March 2010. He has over 15 years’ experience in economic development and workforce development. Previously, he was the executive director of a Northwest Indiana county economic development organization and project manager for the Indiana Department of Commerce. He holds a B.A. from Indiana University and is a member of the Economic Development Association.

Joe Timbrook became Manager of Radius Indiana in March 2010. He is responsible for marketing and development projects and office management. Previously, he worked with the Lawrence County Economic Growth Council and was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Hoosier Hills Credit Union. He is a member of the Indiana Economic Development Association and works on multiple community projects in Bedford, Indiana, and the Lawrence County area.
